Baker County Marriage License Fees
The cost for a marriage license in Baker County is $86 without a premarital course. With an approved course certificate, the fee drops to $61. The premarital course has to be completed within one year before you apply, per Section 741.0305 of the Florida Statutes. Taking the course also eliminates the three-day waiting period for Florida residents, which means you could apply and get married the same day at the Baker County clerk office.
