Marriage License Fees in Collier County

A Collier County marriage license costs $86 without a premarital course. Couples with an approved premarital preparation course certificate pay $61. Section 741.0305 allows the $25 discount when the course is done within one year of the application date. The course also removes the three-day waiting period for Florida residents, meaning couples from Collier County can apply for the license and get married on the same day.

Non-Florida residents do not have a waiting period regardless. No blood test is required. No one needs to be a resident of Collier County or even of Florida to apply for a license here.
