Richmond West Marriage License Fees
A marriage license costs $86. Couples who complete a premarital course pay $61 instead. Florida Statute 741.0305 requires the course to come from a registered provider and be done within one year of the application. The course waives the three-day waiting period too.
A ceremony performed by the clerk is $30. The office accepts cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). No personal checks. Duplicates are $30, amendments need a court order plus $30.
Certified copies cost $9 for the first and $7 for each additional. Year-by-year searches are $2 per year when the exact date is not known.
